Objective: To acquire a challenging position as a Project Manager or Scrum Master where I can utilize and build upon my experience and knowledge to help teams succeed with rapid delivery of innovative solutions to benefit their organization, as well as grow professionally and personally together with my team.
Bio: Natalia is an Agile Enthusiast and Project Manager with over 15 years of overall professional experience that includes over 2 years working on SCRUM projects in the capacities of Scrum Master, Product Owner and Team Member and over 5 years of working on projects utilizing other frameworks/methodologies in the capacities of Project Manager, PCO, Business Analyst.
Natalia is PMP Certified, and also possesses the CSM and PSM1 Agile Certifications. Next steps in professional developmet include working on obtaining PSM2 Certification 9n 2018 and receiving formal facilitator training specifically designed for Project Managers, Scrum Masters and Scrum Coaches.
Natalia has a strong understanding of and appreciation for SCRUM and some other Agile Frameworks and is able to articulate SCRUM process and Agile Values to team members. In an attempt to keep her knowledge current, Natalia is continuously learning from various sources such as books, online sources and Agile gatherings.
Natalia is working on building her career in Project Management and wants to eventually move into Agile Transformation environment where she can help organizations achieve their organizational and strategic goals through becoming better able to respond and adapt to changes and improve competitiveness in the marketplace by building capabilities to rapidly develop innovative solutions.
Over the years, Natalia has accumulated a support network of like-minded professionals who continuously provide support to one another and share in their experiences.

5 Things I learned from the ”Coaching Agile Teams” book - published July 24, 2017
In his reflection, I talk about the 5 things from Lisa Atkins’ book “Coaching Agile Teams” that struck me most and opened my eyes towards understanding coaching better.
- Became PMP certified on October 28.
- Received PSM 1 designation in August.
- Passed both CSC Exams and received the Certificate!
